RCMS Hosting COVID-19 Community Vaccination Clinic 6/5

6/2/2021

Picture
Redwood Coast Medical Services (RCMS), in collaboration with Coast Life Support District, South Coast Volunteer Fire Department, and many amazing community volunteers, has administered over 6,700 COVID-19 vaccines to our community.

Out next vaccine event will be:
Moderna and Pfizer Second Dose COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic
Saturday, June 5, 2021 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM
South Coast Fire Department building at 39215 Church Street in Gualala
WALK-INS WELCOME AT 10:30 AM - FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED FOR SURPLUS VACCINE

We are aware that there are still many eligible community members who have declined vaccination, or who are still hesitating to get the vaccine. We strongly encourage you to consider vaccination for many reasons, including:
  • To protect yourself, your family and your social contacts from the risk of COVID-19 infection.
  • To help create herd immunity in your community – protecting those who are not eligible for immunization.
  • To increase your ability to return to regular life activities, like travel, attending concerts and sporting events, in-person education, etc.
  •  If you have questions about the vaccine, contact your Medical Provider to discuss your concerns. If you know someone who still needs to get vaccinated, please share this information with them.

++ WE HAVE VACCINES ON HAND AND DO NOT WANT THEM TO BE WASTED ++
