Redwood Coast Medical Services (RCMS), in collaboration with Coast Life Support District, South Coast Volunteer Fire Department, and many amazing community volunteers, has administered over 6,500 COVID-19 vaccines to our community.
We are aware that there are still many eligible community members who have declined vaccination, or who are still hesitating to get the vaccine. We strongly encourage you to consider vaccination for many reasons, including:
If you know someone who still needs to get vaccinated, please share this information with them. ++ WE HAVE VACCINES ON HAND AND DO NOT WANT THEM TO BE WASTED ++ COVID-19 TESTING Friday, May 14 9 AM to 12 PM Gualala Community Center 47950 Center Street in Gualala This is a free event and the testing is first come-first served. Testing is via a minimally-invasive nasal swab. Testing is recommended even if you have been vaccinated. Registration is required at http://lhi.care/covidtesting. No appointments are being taken but you will need a client number to test. If you already have a LHI client number be sure to bring it with you.
