Any Mendocino County Resident can get free COVID19 screening/testing in Ukiah. They merely need to go online or call to make a scheduled appointment. It is performed in Carl Purdy Hall at the Redwood Empire Fairgrounds in Ukiah, from 12:30pm – 7:00pm, Tuesday through Saturday.
Turnaround time is “about” 72 hours. This means it might take slightly longer to get results. (In case patients need a test 72 hours prior to a procedure like a colonoscopy, this might be an option, but the 72 hours is not guaranteed). Patients can make an appointment by going online at: https://lhi.care/covidtesting or calling 888-634-1123. RCMS is advocating to get more asymptomatic screening opportunities closer to Gualala. Until then, this is an option. 10/13/2020 08:21:30 am
