COVID-19 Vaccination Updates

2/11/2021

February 10 Vaccine Clinic a Success
RCMS had a very successful mass COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Wednesday, February 10. Thank you to all of the volunteers who helped us vaccinate over 400 people. We are still vaccinating Phase 1A and 1B, Tier 1, which includes people over 75 years of age, emergency workers, medical workers, agricultural workers, teachers, and food service/grocery store workers.

If you live in the RCMS service area, you can sign up for the COVID-19 vaccine interest list here.

Next Invitation-Only Vaccine Clinic Scheduled for February 14
Instead of holding two vaccination clinics this weekend, because of weather and other logistical issues, RCMS will holding one large vaccination clinic:
When: Sunday, February 14 from 8 AM to 4 PM
Where: South Coast Fire Department building at 39125 Church Street in Gualala

This will be by invitation only, and people will be invited to arrive at specific times. Please do not come to this event unless you are invited.

RCMS will be emailing and/or calling people to confirm appointments. We ask those invited not to park in the church parking lot between the hours of 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM, but instead find parking along the street, or at the RCMS upper parking lot. Outside of those times, you may park in the church parking lot. There will also be handicapped parking spots for those with mobility issues so they can be vaccinated in their vehicle.

Thank you to Coast Life Support District, local fire departments and our community volunteers for assisting at these events.
