renee Kaucnik, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor & Therapist

Renee Kaucnik, MA, APCC, NPT-C is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor and therapist with the Behavioral Health Team at RCMS. She brings several years of experience with RCMS in operational and leadership roles, providing her with a deep understanding of integrated, community-based care.

​Renee holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is passionate about supporting individuals through trauma-informed, client-centered therapy. She has lived in the local coastal community for several years and values the connection that comes from serving the community she calls home.

​Outside of work, Renee enjoys spending time with her husband, their dog, and close friends, as well as appreciating the natural beauty of the coast.
