June 21 2024: And the Survey Says...

We send surveys to our patients to get their feedback on our service. The feedback helps us know what we are doing right and where we can get better.

The results of the survey are used by our performance improvement and quality improvement teams and are actively used to improve our delivery and provide you with the best possible service.

Here are some excerpts from our survey responses:
 
"Part time resident of Sea Ranch. Great asset to have for the community and visitors."

"The doctor and assistants were very thorough in their testing and diagnoses. I really appreciated their care and competence."

"Everything was good and clinician I saw was very knowledgeable. However, I was left waiting in the exam room almost 45 minutes for practitioner to return with summary of visit and medicine. It wasn't clear if I was meant to wait or not. Clearer communication would be helpful."

"I can't begin to express my gratitude for the care I received. I came in feeling horrible and from the moment I arrived until the second I left I was truly impressed with every member of the medical team. I will never forget any of them and will highly recommend RCMS to everybody I know. Thank you doesn't begin to cover it, but Thank You!"
