We send surveys to our patients to get their feedback on our service. The feedback helps us know what we are doing right and where we can get better.

The results of the survey are used by our performance improvement and quality improvement teams and are actively used to improve our delivery and provide you with the best possible service.

"Medical staff was very helpful and friendly. Very good experience."

"Excellent communication by medical staff. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. It was a positive experience."

"Everyone - almost - is professional and caring. There was however very loud music in the back area. That only made the need to be there more stressful. They finally did turn it down but that is not the place."

"RCMS is a huge asset to our community. They're needed and do an excellent job. We all love the staff! Thank you for all your hard work."
